Undoubtedly, there is a major boom and rapid growth at the local, regional and global levels in all areas, which in turn requires qualified scientists and professionals to develop modern technologies in all fields of science. From this point of view and in line with the State’s orientation towards informatics, it was the first beginning and the first cornerstone of the College Until the establishment of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology was approved by ministerial decision of the Ministry of Information Technology. The faculty grants BA sc. with Honor Degree in 8 semesters in the following disciplines: 1. Information Technology (IT). 2. Information systems. 3. Software Engineering.
نبذة عن الكلية:
تحقيقا لرؤية راعي ومؤسس الجامعة مولانا الشيخ عبدالله البدري طيب الله ثراه في التطوير والتجويد والتميزلكل البرامج الموجودة بالجامعة، تم اقتراح إنشاء كلية لعلوم الحاسوب وتقانة المعلومات بغرض ادخال التخصصات الجاذبه والهادفه بعد قرار تحويل الجامعه الي اهليه في العام 2017م ، وقد تم اعداد مناهج برامج البكلاريوس المقترحة بالكلية (تقانة المعلومات، نظم المعلومات، هندسة البرمجيات) من قبل لجنة من الخبراء والمختصين. تم انشاء كلية علوم الحاسوب وتقانة المعلومات بقرار من وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في اغسطس 2018م، تعمل الكلية علي اعداد كفاءات علمية تطبيقية تستند إلى قاعدة علمية رصينة وعلى تعليم متميز ينسجم ومعايير الجودة والاعتماد القومية والعالمية
